UP2Go reserves the right to remove any image/ images, and assumes no liability for lost links, or lost images.

The following types of files constitute "abuse" and TOS breaking images, and may not be uploaded:

* Do not upload adult content.
* Do not upload illegal / stolen files.
* Do not attempt to upload files other than images.

Uploading abusive files will result in the immediate termination of your ability to use up2go, and all files uploaded by your IP address are subject to deletion. We store you IP address when you upload an image file. Please note your IP address is not sold/ shared with ANYONE it's used to combat abuse and for your guest gallery. 

Up2Go reserves the right to add/ modify to the terms of use without notification.
